Quel est ce mouvement qui part du plus intime du sujet, de ce qui est \u00e9prouv\u00e9 dans le corps, et conduit \u00e0 s\u2019en remettre au d\u00e9sir d\u2019un autre pour rencontrer son propre d\u00e9sir&nbsp;[\u2026]&nbsp;?&nbsp;<em>\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p><em>Clotilde LEGUIL,<\/em> C\u00e9der n\u2019est pas consentir, <em>PUF, 2021<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <em>consentement <\/em>est un monde intime et myst\u00e9rieux. Il interroge la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 du sujet, dit quelque chose de l\u2019<em>infantile<\/em>, du rapport au <em>d\u00e9sir<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019interroger sur le <em>consentement <\/em>r\u00e9v\u00e8le toute la fragilit\u00e9 et l\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 de ce \u00ab&nbsp;oui&nbsp;\u00bb. Il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019un \u00ab&nbsp;oui&nbsp;\u00bb contraint qui s\u2019apparente \u00e0 un \u00ab&nbsp;non&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;: on ne veut pas mais on se r\u00e9signe. Pour ne pas provoquer la col\u00e8re de l\u2019autre, pour que \u00e7a se termine au plus vite. Le consentement se situe alors dans une \u00ab&nbsp;zone&nbsp;grise&nbsp;\u00bb difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9finir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas de l\u2019<em>emprise<\/em> d\u2019un individu sur un \u00eatre vuln\u00e9rable \u2013 d\u2019un <em>abus de faiblesse<\/em> \u2013, la question se complexifie. Il peut, en effet, y avoir <em>consentement <\/em>de la part de la <em>personne abus\u00e9e<\/em>. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 toute l\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 d\u2019un consentement qui se croit <em>amour <\/em>v\u00e9ritable, r\u00e9elle <em>attirance<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car qu\u2019en est-il de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 du <em>d\u00e9sir <\/em>d\u2019un sujet sous emprise&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Le r\u00e9cit de Vanessa Springora<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent, un <em>abus sexuel<\/em> n\u2019est pas v\u00e9cu comme tel sur le moment mais seulement dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-coup. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019explore <em>Vanessa Springora<\/em> dans son r\u00e9cit <em><i>Le consentement<\/i><\/em>. Elle relate comment, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de quatorze ans, elle a c\u00e9d\u00e9 aux avances d\u2019un homme de cinquante ans, flatt\u00e9e par l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que lui portait cet \u00e9crivain c\u00e9l\u00e8bre. La jeune fille ignorait tout de la r\u00e9putation sulfureuse de l\u2019homme qui l\u2019a <em>s\u00e9duite<\/em>, qui jetait son d\u00e9volu sur de tr\u00e8s jeunes filles vuln\u00e9rables, aux parents complices ou d\u00e9pass\u00e9s. \u00c9lev\u00e9e par une <em>m\u00e8re <\/em>trop jeune et par un <em>p\u00e8re <\/em>qu\u2019elle n\u2019int\u00e9resse pas, elle voit en lui son premier grand <em>amour<\/em>, croit se consoler dans ses bras d\u2019une <em>enfance <\/em>solitaire&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<i>Depuis que mon p\u00e8re a disparu des radars, je cherche d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment \u00e0 accrocher le regard des hommes<\/i> \u00bb, \u00e9crit-elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec force et justesse, <em>Vanessa Springora<\/em> met en cause son milieu et regrette, r\u00e9trospectivement, de ne pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 <em>prot\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/em> par les <em>adultes<\/em> qui l\u2019entouraient&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<i>Dans notre environnement boh\u00e8me d\u2019artistes et d\u2019intellos, les \u00e9carts avec la morale sont accueillis avec tol\u00e9rance, voire avec une certaine admiration. [\u2026] Dans un tout autre milieu, o\u00f9 les artistes n\u2019exerceraient pas la m\u00eame fascination, les choses se seraient sans doute pass\u00e9es autrement. Le monsieur aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 menac\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre envoy\u00e9 en prison.
